Hazy Glow

Just Blair, being pretty amongst the foliage. It's what she does best, it seems. XD

Hope you're all doing well, wherever you are. It's the rainy season over here, so no faceupdates from me for a while. I do, however, have a huge backlog of photos! I need to get some time off and edit them, but recently my free time is being eaten up by preparations for the ManikaManila Tiangge. I'll be having a booth there again where I'll be selling accessories and pre-loved items. Do say hi if you come! <3

Le Bunny Bleu Love

Currently, no other shoe shop makes my heart thump faster than Le Bunny Bleu. Their romantic vintage image and aesthetic fit perfectly with my personal style, it makes me cry. I also love how they focus on comfort without compromising style.

To be honest though, until recently, I could only stare and weep at LBB's gorgeous shoes because their prices are a little on the steep side. Imagine my joy when they did a 50% discount sale a couple of weeks ago! I went crazy and bought THREE pairs all in one go! I got the Beige Allen Loafers, Black Sina Flats and the Navy Elvin Oxfords. (pictured above)

So now my feet are super happy! But the funny thing about my feet is that they're never contented lol. Below are some other styles I'm looking to buy when the opportunity arises!

Grey Robyn Loafers, Brown Maya Lace Boots, Brown Lorena Lace Boots, Black Attina Hidden Heel Sneakers

Like what you see? Hop on over to the nearest Le Bunny Bleu branch near you (preferrably when they're on sale lol)! They currently have branches at East Wing Shangri-la Plaza and Glorietta 5 (Metro Manila, Philippines only).

Comfy, Laid-back Mori Fashion from Nashare

A week ago, I was lamenting to my mori twin Demi that I needed more mori girl stuff in my closet. The pieces I have with me now are showing signs of age already (aka they're better off as rags to be honest lol), so it's time I refreshed my wardrobe.

Of course, being the fellow shopaholic she was (but she's 10x the monster I am ahahaha jk ilu Demi!), she told me of an affordable mori girl shop in Rakuten: Nashare. Nashare is a portmanteau of "nature" and the Japanese word "oshare", which means "fashionable". Looking at their products, they sure live up to their  name! There's just so much I want from their shop! I need to narrow down my choices or else I'll go broke hahaha. Below are some of the stuff I'm consider getting.

We'll probably be ordering by the end of the month. I'll try to do a review when our package arrives... that is, if I muster enough courage to slap my face on this blog again. xD

Brick by Boring Brick

There hasn't been a lot going on with me dolly-wise recently. I've been saving up for a Feeple60 girl, so I'm cutting down on my spending, which means it's gonna be a while before Blair and Miette get any new stuff haha! Sorry, girls. ;)

I did purchase a couple of stuff for Blair before my spending hiatus, and this fabulous Foxybrowny set is one of them. It's freaking adorable! The prints kind of clash but they still manage to look so pretty together. It's all so very hobo-mori chic, which I love.

Get the Look: Mixed Fruits (MSD)

It's been too long since I made a Get the Look post. As much as I love doing it, it can get tedious searching for the best matches for our beloved dolls. Anyway, it's back and hopefully better than before! I hope you guys like the new layout. :D

1. Wig: Model KDW-38 from LUTS, $23
2. Denim Coat: Denim Rollup Onepiece from Nine9Style, $39
3. Knit Cardigan: Loose Fit Cardigan from Nine9Style, $29
4. Dress: Floral Dress from Kondoll, $28
5. Black Stockings: NS Panty Stockings from Dollmore, $6
6. Socks: Basic Socks with Red Dots from Dollmore, $2
7. Sneakers: Model KDS-117 from LUTS, $8

It's scorching over here in the Philippines, and it would be crazy to wear something like this around here. Luckily, our dolls don't have pores, so they can get away with this kind of outfit. Maybe it's just me, but even though the coordinate has lots of layers, it looks refreshing because of the cool colors. The palette reminds me of a nice bowl of fresh fruits – perfect for the summer! What do you think? XD

Flights of Fancy

Blair and Miette may have polar opposite personalities, but whimsy and wonder draw them together.
Fridays are for flights of fancy and make-believe! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

My entry to ManikaManila's monthly Themes. Our theme this month is "Friday Night". :)

Meadow of Silence

I had originally intended to post a more colorful, retro-vintage version of this set, but the photos evoked a sense of melancholy in me as I was editing them... so they ended up like this: in black and white. I think it worked out for the best. The title comes from Blair's name, which is means "meadow" in Gaelic, and the fact that she's mute. The lack of color also reminds me of silent movies, which matches the concept. :)

Dreamer's Paradise

I'm leaving this one up to interpretation. What do you think the story is?

Get The Look: Hipster Blair Edition (MSD)

It's been aaaaages since I last made a GTL post. Gah! I'm sorry. Please accept my offering of a hipster Blair as an apology?

1. Beanie: thrifted
4. Fur coat: Ask Fur Hood (Camel) from Dollmore, $27
5. Brown top: BB YOSD Clothes from Endless, $35
6. Grey long-sleeved shirt: Part of the Unoa Thankful set from Foxybrowny, $34 (whole set)
7. Floral leggings: Brown Floral Tights (MSD) from Endless, $6
8. Brown lace-up boots: custom-made locally by kanipan

I was getting bored of Blair's usual cutesy mori girl look, so I raided her box of clothes and put together this ensemble. Didn't think hobo-hipster chic would suit her lol! I love it on her now, despite how different she looks form her usual self. ^^

And now I want to get her more pants/leggings. :\

Dear Li: Mori Girl Clothing Shop

Dear Li is an online clothing shop based in China that sells mori girl clothing and accessories. What I love about this shop is their photography. I think it captures the mori girl lifestyle perfectly, don't you think so?

Below are some of my favorite shots from Dear Li.
