How to use Preset Actions
Step 1: Open your photo in Photoshop. I'm using CS5 for this tutorial, but it should also work on other versions of Photoshop.
Step 2: On the menu bar, go to Windows>Actions to open your Actions panel.
Step 3: Click on this symbol

Step 4: Search for the .atn file and open it.
Step 5: The action set should appear at the bottom of your Action list.
Step 6: Click on the triangle beside the Action set to open it. Select the action inside it and click on Play

Step 7: And you're done! I didn't include merging all the layers in the action set, so feel free to play around with the Adjusment Layers until you're satisfied. :)
