Midnight Reverie by Audrey Kawasaki

Audrey Kawasaki takes a more graphic approach to her art in her latest show, Midnight Reverie. Her use of black gives an eerie effect to her pieces. Her girls look even more enigmatic, and somehow quite menacing, compared to her older works.

I'm really loving her new works, the contrast between her delicate feminine forms and those bold blacks is really awesome

  2. I know right? The facial expressions of her girls are more or less the same, but the black makes them look or feel really different! <3

Argh wth Disqus! I know I left a comment here but it wasn't posted again.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that the Lost in Thought and May There Be were the pieces that really reminded me of Blair for some reason. I can totally see you pulling off a shoot like this in the future ^_^
